Where can I find a full suit of GLASS ARMOR in Oblivion?

Where can I find a full suit of GLASS ARMOR in Oblivion? I started a new guy and can’t remember where in the hell I found all my good stuff.Any help?

Oblivion is not like Morrowind where you can find high level armor anywhere. The game revolves around you, so, in short. To find Glass armor, youll need to be level 20 or so before it starts to really appear. And, I don’t know of any place that sells it, though I have seen lots of people wearing it. That is, after about level 20 or so.

If this is not acceptable. Just open the Construction Set, place Glass armor near your character, load your character with the mod you made, and bam, glass armor.
