Where is the Teddy Bear with the Bowie Knife on Call of Duty: Black Ops, Der Riese?

My friend and I have recently taken an obsession over a slight change between the World at War and Black Ops versions of Der Riese. We cannot find the Teddy Bear with a Bowie Knife, usually higher up on a building ledge, it isn’t there, and even examining with a Dragunov, it appears to have been moved. Any ideas as to where it is? All others haven’t seemed to move at all.
