Black Blade

Black and Decker Navigator blade removal?

Trying to change the blade and am not able to remove the old blade or install the new one.
Any one know how to do this?

There is a lug that the blade fits over (round with 2 falts and a slot). There is also a sort of s-shapes button near it. If you press and hold the s-shaped button, you should be able to rotate the blade down (in the direction of the teeth) about 90 degrees and remove the blade. Then install the other blade and rotate back into position. The slot is there to use a screwdriver for when there is no blade present to get hold of.
