how many times should i use a gillette double edge razor blade for?

i use a double edged razor and the razor blades i buy forem cost about 2 dollars for 5 of them, i was thinking 2 uses per blade and then change it

use them until you feel resistance from the blade against your face…
with a well moisturized beard before shaving i can get over 2 months out of a refill cartridge…
