Just to list 4 off the top of my head …

In other words at whatever price point you want and at whatever length you want there is something that fits what this sort of description. Plus if you have the money to go really upscale every American Bladesmith Society journeyman smith and master smith has had to make a presentation Quillion style dagger out of hand forged steel and hand forged damascus steel respectively to reach their certification. So, a combat knife of the sort you are looking for is something any of them could make for you.
