How do i create the drill on a wine bottle opener on Autodesk Inventor 2010?

I am modeling a wine bottle opener and i already created the cylinder to of which i want to create the drill. How do i start to create the drill on the cylinder? Thanks.
Could you go into detail about how i do a helical sweep? i’m still a beginner. And we i do try to sweep, it says i need 2 sketches. And should i put it on the same plane? Please go into more detail.
