I think I pulled a muscle in my breast plate/chest…help?

I think I pulled a muscle in my right chest/breast plate area. First my chest and arm hurt yesterday to where I could barely move it without feeling a striking pain. I slept on my back all night. Today my arm doesn’t hurt but my chest still hurts (like a striking pain) everytime I breathe in or if I move my arm up to high. Its just a pulled muscle right? Should I worry?

I’m not a doctor, but it sounds like a pulled muscle to me. Try taking ibuprofen and using a heating pad on it. If it doesn’t get better in a couple of days, or if the pain gets a lot worse, I’d go to the doctor.
