Comm Knife
Will I likely get jail time? or is there something i can do to not get that but maybe probation?
I already had diversion for possession of weapon at school & possession of illegal knife in state of WA
-it wasn’t even my knife…
Anyways i was given 16 hours of comm. service and i did them. But in order to have gotten them expunged i wasn’t supposed to have gotten in trouble until i was 19.
I am 17 right now, this happened when i was 16.
Last Decemeber i got Minor in possession of alcohol.
I guess im supposed to get a letter in mail this upcoming week.
Is it likely i will get jail time? if so i know its punishable by up to $5000 fine and/ 1 year in jail.
Is it possible to get something instead of that like probation, I know i’ve been screwing up and really. I’m in process of changing it.
What do you think will most likely happen??
Nobody wants jail, everyone want probation. But yet, the jails are full. That tells me a lot of people hoping for probation wind up in jail.
Especially when they were already given a break and didn’t appreciate it.
