the CRKT Ultima 5… any comments?

just wanting to know what you all think of it before i spend 70 dollars on one…

CRKT as a company makes generally good knives, and i have heard good things about the warranty service as well. the ultima series is not something i would buy, reasons: Not carbon steel, not my style. However, if you want a stainless knife, and you like the looks then it will probably be good.
Also: the handles on those knives look ergonomic but very aggressive, if you plan to use it a lot for chopping/utility work, you might want gloves.
