Damascus Hunting

Is it legal to import a hunting knife into the US?
My dad is about to send me a beautiful damascus steel knife he just bought in Saudi Arabia. Is it likely to clear customs without trouble? It’s a 6-inch fixed blade, professionally sharpened. Thanks!
There should be no problem. I brought back a couple of knives, kitchen and pocket knives from China. No problem.
