Help with memory block 4 in Assassins Creed?

I dont know what to do!!! I started in the poor district of Damascus. I went to the bureau and he said to go to to the following directions. I cleared ALL the view points in the poor district of Damascus and I also saved ALL of the citizens and I cant find anything i can do such as ease drop, Interrogation or pick pocket. Then i didn’t know what to do so i went back to the bureau and altair said my investigation isn’t finished So i gave up and went to the poor district acre and did the exact same thing (view points and citizens). Please tell me what to do im fed up!

There are 6 investigations you can do. When you go to a view point to see where everything is, they should show up as this white boxes on your map and if you go over it, it should say “Interrogation”, “Pickpocket”, etc. Your disk may be dirty.
