What are some good diving knives?

I am looking for a good diving knife or SEAL knife with a sheath that you can strap on. Probably within the $25.00 to $50.00 price range. Or just a good reliable site with knives. It has to be able to be strapped to my leg.

I use an old USMC Ka-Bar that my grandpa used in WWII. It works really well and you can get new ones in the $30-40 range. They work pretty well, and you can rig the sheath to strap on any part of your leg. I also use a switchblade sometimes as a backup. That works well.
