Double Edge

How do i get double-edge on my altaria?

can some one give me everything i need to no i no u have to breed but when i did with my ditto nothing happened like can someone plz explain all the details thanks so much

Double-edge is a move taught by move tutors, like Rock Slide and Thunderpunch. You have to go to one of the move tutors in Emerald or Fire Red/Leaf Green and have them teach your pokemon that move. Then you migrate your pokemon.
