Meele weapon of choice?
If you were going to beat down on a bunch of people, and you could take one MEELE weapon of your choice (no .45′s), what would it be. I’d bring my Elk Ridge Bowie for that job. Sounds like fun.
All good choices, but I forgot about the CHAINSAW! Total destruction.
Lotsa people underestimate the old-school baseball bat. You’re not much of a threat with broken knees.
Lots of good choices available. I’ve trained in the use of the daito (katana) as well as sticks, hanbo, and knives, and all of these plus many others would be useful in different ways. However, down to only one choice I would have to go with a good sized fighting knife. Not a folder–those strike me as more utilitarian tools than useful fighting weapons, even though they can be used for combat in the hands of a skilled practitioner. I would prefer something more like a tanto, or some kind of slightly larger Filipino knife. Just look up “Atienza Kali multiple attackers” on YouTube and you’ll see why. A knife would have perhaps less intimidation, but you could be quick and do a lot of damage, moving from one opponent to the next well.
