How do you get the flame on your halo 3 helmet armor.?

I’ve seen several people with it and i would wont to know how to get it.

The flaming head is only available to Bungie employees, so regular players like us cannot get or earn it.

Also, it’s not a flaming helmet you want, but a special chest armor called the EOB (Employees of Bungie) Chest. It looks just like the EOD chest armor, and makes flames appear on whatever helmet the player is wearing. The catch is though that the flames produced can be seen even with active camo on.

It does look really hot though. =P
