Summertime has gradually made way for autumn. Fall can be a most lovely time of year. What follows, can also be very nice at times. Why worry about the coming cold weather? Enjoy the weather that you have today. The time for regrets is past. All regretting does is make you feel badly. All of your spring and summer deeds are behind you. Concentrate on enjoying the autumn and eventual winter.

This is not a time for regrets, It is a time to take care of yourself. All the kids are grown. Buy the car that you have always wanted. If you need new kitchen knives, get good ones. Everyone will have a certain amount of aches and pains. Try to limit them. For example, do not attempt many things that thirty year old people are doing. You are longer thirty. Stop acting like it. This may help you to hurt less.

You may have passed the hilltop. You might be headed downward. Think of it as a football game. The outcome may not be decided for some time yet. This game is played to the end. The score at halftime means little. The last quarter may be the most exciting and interesting part. It does not have to end after four quarters. It may go into overtime. How long that will last, is anyone’s guess.

Final thoughts

Have you reached the autumn of your life? It is a time to enjoy things. Buy the best car that you can. Do you need a new set of knives? Invest in an expensive knife block set and make it easier on yourself. If you have many aches and pains, you need to slow down a bit. It may be compared to a football game. The best part of the game can be in the fourth quarter.
