Knife Pouch

What do I need along with my knives?
Im a chef. I have kit but I need a set of knives. What are the essentials I need. For example a boning knife, filleting knife, stone, steel, paring knife etc. What do I need? Also if you can include any other things that would be extremely useful in a pouch that would be great, thanks. 10 points to best answer IMO
I would want a good paring knife, a french knife, a boning knife, a chopper, a serrated knife, and a small knife to be used in creating food garnishes such as radish roses.
