I plan on getting a tattoo on my thigh, what is the pain level?

As I said I am getting a tattoo on my thigh. About medium sized, and not really all that detailed. On a scale of 1-10 what pain should i expect. 1 being uncomfortable and 10 being the worst pain you’ve ever felt. Or compared to something like a paper cut, knife cut, beesting etc. Thanks.

Tattoos aren’t painful. They’re annoying

People say the chest, sternum, collar bone is supposed to be horrible, but even that for me was only a 4 at the most.

It feels like sun burn . Or if you have lone nails, put the nail to your arm or leg and apply a little pressure and go down. It feels like that. The anticipation is way worse then the tattoo.
