Maple Burl

Burls anyone?

I have a maple Burl and I am trying to find out how much it is worth, where could I sell it, or would I be better off cutting it into pieces and selling it that way? But I do have a sawmill and I dont want to ruin it. Any advice on this unique piece of wood?

I’d avoid trying to saw it before selling it. Burled maple chips so easily when it is sawn. Someone serious about it will be glad to have it hauled away.
