Midsize Custom

I’m about to order new clubs, should I custom order with midsize grips or just add wraps and get them now?

I had a fitting and am standard across the board, except that I might consider midsize grips. Should I wait another 3-4 weeks to get custom clubs with midsize grips, or is there no disadvantage to just putting wraps on standard grips.

Order the clubs with the mid-size grips. I don’t think it’s going to take an additional 3 to 4 weeks just because of the grip. That doesn’t make sense. If you don’t get them with the correct grip you will have to change the grips once you get the clubs. The wrap you’re refering to goes under the grip to build up the grip diameter. So the grips you get will have to be ripped off, a couple layers of wrap will be applied to the shaft and then a new grip will be installed. It’s just an additional, unnecessary expense.
