What is the best multi tool to get for my mountain bike?

I dont wanna spend to much I am not yet a serious cyclist, just a hobbyist but i do want good quality. So what is the best bang for my buck?

I bought the Bell one that Walnart sells. It will do the job and comes with a patch kit and tire levers. It’s the same thing that Target has.

Also get the under seat bag and a 6 inch cresent wrench. A spare innertube and one of those folding pliers come in handy.
