what can i do to unscrew a mess up screw that i mess up by trying to open it with a sharp knife?

the screw was a philip screw and now it looks like a rounded and mess up so none of the tools fit anymore…. it needed a miniture Philip screw driver now what how do i get it out.

If you can pound it through from the otherside, try that to raise it up enough that you can twist/pull it out with vice grips.
