Is the myelin sheath made up of lipids or proteins?

I learned in Psych class that it’s a fatty insulation layer, so I’d assume it was made of lipids but from what I read on Wikipedia (I know it’s not a reputable sight for info) the myelin sheath is made from proteins. So, what exactly is the meylin sheath made of?
