I found an old dusty leather bag of old $50 bills dated back to the 1940′s…should I turn them in?

The house I was working on has been vacant for several years. My wife and I got it cheap and started doing repairs to it….I was working in the old garage and tore open the wall and low and behold an old dusty bag completly filled with stacks and stacks of new $50 dollar bills all dated 1943. Should I turn them in?

I would keep them, who would turn them into anyway?
Those bills are now worth more than $50.00 a piece you know. I would not spend them I would take them to a currency dealer
