Feel hurt/humiliated by partner paying lap dancers when sober and out on quiet nights?

Would really appreciate some opinions, I’ve always known when he goes on stag weekends/boys trips that they end up in lap dancing clubs, I don’t like it at all but ‘accept’ it’s going to happen, he’s always really honest with me which is why I’m so confused and hurt that he went out midweek for a quiet beer with a mate and ended up rolling home at 4.30 and then pushing me the next day to ask him so he could ‘confess/clear his concieonce’.

I think just maybe he gets dragged along as the drink flows.
