Where can I get a marble sword display?

My husband recently won an award that is in the form of a 4.5 foot sword and we would like to display it and were looking to find something like a marble stone to act as a stand. We would stick the sword in it like the sword in the stone and have the marble engraved. I have looked all over the internet and have no idea where I can get something like this, does anyone know how I could have something like this made?

Most sword displays will be wall mounts because the swords are themselves valuable.

Basically, what you describe is more like a trophy stand. I would contact a trophy specialist (such as Dinn Brothers), and tell them how large and what kind of marble. There are some beautiful marble bases so you don’t have to go with black.

You may still need a clear acrylic mold to hold the sword to the marble. They can provide an estimate and help you clarify what you want. With the information you have, I would then approach a local shop to do the work so you don’t have to send the sword through the mail. You can also ask for a local recommendation.
