In CA are dart blow guns and throwing knives Legal to use and buy?

I want to know if Dart Blow Guns AND throwing knives are Legal to use and buy in CA
CA = California, USA
by use I mean to practice in, in your own home I would never take the knives or blow gun outside of my home. Just simply to use in my backyard as a hobby and maybe far in the future to hunt random animals
