Are movie replica swords made by United Cutlery in working condition?

Are they real, good-working, sharpened swords or just for decoration?

Unless it says they are meant for stage combat or mentions western martial arts specifically in the description of the weapon they are NOT meant for real fighting. Do not trust the term “battle ready” because, as I have said on countless questions posted on Yahoo, anything can be battle ready. I could take a pair of salad tongs into battle, and they certainly would be ready, but is it battle appropriate. Beware of sword marketing terms. It’s dangerous.

Hope you find a sword you like though! Hang ‘em on the wall, they make nice decor, but don’t do anything else with them.
