What should i out as my last option for USMC MOS?

I have to choose 3 MOS options and I’m putting 0311 Basic Infantry and 0331 Machine Gunner for my first 2 options. What should I put as my last option? I’m thinking Artillery but I don’t know too much about what I would be doing. I want to do something that will have me actually fighting or combat support. Any Suggestions?

You can’t pick 0311 and 0331 and things like that for your three choices in your initial contract. You pick your exact job in infantry school and not before you ship unless you are a reservist. You need to pick job fields such as 03xx and so on.

Only reserve contracts can pick their exact job. Active duty contracts pick only their job field.

And no one can predict what you will be doing in any job. Just because you pick infantry does not mean you will see combat or even deploy to the Middle East.

You could pick artillery and your unit could end up doing infantry type work while deployed, so you never know.

You can pick infantry and you can deploy to Okinawa. So you never know.

Look into the AAV field, or artiller or tanks or engineer fields.
